To comprehensively enhance employees' quality awareness, boost corporate cohesion and market competitiveness, the company's "Quality Month" campaign has recently been officially launched. Centered on a series of activities, it unites the strength of all staff to jointly build a solid quality defense line.
At 13:30 on the afternoon of October 17, 2025, the kick-off meeting for "Quality Month" was held as scheduled. Mr. Lu, Chairman and General Manager, attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. Mr. Lu emphasized that quality is the foundation for an enterprise's survival and development, as well as the key to its core competitiveness. Every achievement of the company is inseparable from all employees' adherence to and dedication to quality. He pointed out that quality is never the responsibility of a single position or department, but is closely related to every employee. From frontline operations to daily management, every link and procedure directly affects the quality of products and services. He called on all employees to internalize quality awareness in mind and externalize it in actions, and jointly safeguard the lifeline of corporate quality.

After the kick-off meeting, a series of "Quality Month" activities were carried out in an orderly manner. This campaign focuses on two major sections: the Quality Month Knowledge Contest and the Quality Month Service Skills Competition. Designed to promote learning through competitions and improve skills through contests, these events aim to comprehensively elevate employees' quality literacy. Among them, the Service Skills Competition targets the practical needs of frontline production, featuring three practical events: labeling competition, soldering competition, and screw-driving competition. These events are precisely aligned with key job skills to test employees' operational standardization and proficiency.

During the campaign, all staff responded positively and participated enthusiastically, creating an intense and vibrant atmosphere at the venues. In the knowledge contest, participating employees answered questions calmly and competed gracefully, fully demonstrating their solid reserve of quality knowledge. On the practical competition grounds, contestants were rigorous, meticulous and striving for excellence, standardizing every operation step. They exchanged experience through competition and made progress together, finally achieving excellent results.

The launch of this "Quality Month" campaign has not only enriched employees' quality knowledge and improved their practical skills, but also fostered a favorable corporate atmosphere of "everyone talks about quality, everything prioritizes quality, and quality is grasped at all times".
